What is ZedRail?

ZedRail is an independent community fork of Zed with one optional addition: a VS Code-style activity bar for panel buttons. It is not affiliated with Zed Industries.

Install it beside upstream Zed — config at ~/.config/zedrail/, same Zed Cloud account.
